Last November 21 Mercer started the Bespoke program. Mayor had the chance to design his own pair. He decided to go with Blue denim, red patent leather check, a clear midsole and a clear out sole. The Sneaker was loved by many hated by a few, but we can tell you one thing. Someone out there loved the sneaker so much that they decided to make a bootleg.

The only difference is that they came in the wrong colored box missing shoe trees, dust bags and the $820 price tag. When we asked Mayor how he felt about this new release he said "I guess I made it man. I've officially been bootlegged Ha Ha Ha."

Nike ID Royale East VS. West. The first round started this Saturday. You can take a look over at Nikesportswear.com you must log in to vote. You have sneaker heads and Elites competing. If your wondering who the elites are. The list contains a lot of names that we all know. Questlove, Clark Kent, Mayor, Angie Martinez, Union, SlamXhype, complex and more.

The first round of the contest started off with Dunks. Everyone knows Mayor from his ID’s, but we all know Mayor ID’s AF1’s let’s see what he can do with a blank Dunk in front of the ID terminal. Remember to check out all the battles and vote for what you think is hot. The champion will get the opportunity to design a Bespoke free of charge.
